The individually designed training programme guarantees maximum benefits for you health and fitness. Next to active hiking, the regeneration periods are of key importance for optimising your health and wellbeing.

Departure point:
start at the banks of the Lech river (Omesberg)
Direction:
The Welltain® Trail branches off in two directions at the Swimming Pool. - One path follows the banks of the Lech river to Zug - the other one will lead over Engerle Alpe and Rud Alpe to Oberlech
Walking time:
at least 1,5 to 2,5 hours, depending on the path and rest stops taken. Take your time!
Maximum vertical rise:
approx. 250 meters (for the trail to Oberlech)

good shoes; don't forget your Active Inclusive Card!
